At Cool Kids Read, we value transparency and fairness. Please review our refund and return policies carefully before enrolling or purchasing. Program Refund Policy (Book Club & Enrichment Programs)
Due to planning, staffing, and materials costs:
No refunds are issued once program materials have been ordered.
No refunds are issued after the first session has taken place.
Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Enrollment fees are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
By enrolling, families acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Merchandise & Book Sales
Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise and books may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
