By accessing our website, enrolling in programs, or purchasing products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Program Overview

Cool Kids Read Book Club provides literacy-based enrichment programs, events, and educational materials for children. We are an enrichment program and not a daycare or tutoring service.

Enrollment & Participation

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.

Programs are age- and grade-specific. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child meets eligibility requirements.

Participation requires respectful behavior toward staff and other students. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

Attendance & Missed Sessions

Parents are responsible for ensuring consistent attendance.

Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot be made up unless otherwise stated.

Cool Kids Read reserves the right to continue sessions even if a child is absent.

Payments

All payments must be completed before participation begins.

Payment confirms your child’s space in the program.

Program materials are ordered based on enrollment and payment.

Program Changes or Cancellations

Cool Kids Read reserves the right to:

Modify schedules,

Substitute instructors,

Reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, school calendar changes)

If a session is canceled by Cool Kids Read, families will be notified promptly.

Refund Policy for Programs

Policy page and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Merchandise & Books

We sell Cool Kids Read merchandise and books through our website. Policies regarding returns and exchanges are outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Media Release

By enrolling, parents/guardians grant permission for photos or videos of their child to be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.

Limitation of Liability

Cool Kids Read is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during programs. Parents acknowledge participation is voluntary and assume all associated risks.

By enrolling in a program or making a purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
